Our Benefits

Working Time Models

Part-time employment and flextime models increase the flexibility of our colleagues in terms of working hours, allowing them to coordinate their private and professional lives in the best possible way.

Mobile Working

We attach great importance to flexible working. In practice, a hybrid working model has become established, i.e. a mix of mobile working - for example in the home office - and on-site presence.

Extra Payments

Payment of vacation and Christmas bonuses, shift allowances, special payments for outstanding performance, employer subsidy for VL savings, reimbursement of travel expenses.

Health & Safety

Safety and health play an outstanding role for us. From suitable work clothing and an allowance for workplace glasses to accident insurance - we are at your side.

Social Life

We attach great importance not only to working together, but also to having fun together. Our Center of Excellence offer various activities outside of working hours, such as summer parties, ski weekends and privately organized team events or sports groups. We also encourage our employees to exchange ideas and network.

Training

The potential for innovation and improvement lies in our colleagues. So it is only natural that we have established an employee development program in addition to an online-based learning platform.

Grants and Advantages

The business bike program is certainly an outstanding offer for our colleagues. It enables them to lease a pedelec at a reduced rate. But other discounts from local service providers also offer a wide range of benefits.
