Enclosed Conductor Rails
EasyTrak is an enclosed conductor rail with 4- or 5-pole conductors in a combined insulation housing. EasyTrak with enclosed housings are used mainly in EOT Crane applications up to a nominal current of 120 A. The insulation profile is guiding the collector trolley and compensates greater misalignments and allows for quick installation.

EasyTrak is suitable for industrial applications running in a straight line, like EOT cranes and similar applications. The redundant design of the current collector with two brushes per pole needs no double collector set-up for converter drive systems or the required redundant PE protection.
